The short version
This website and the BreakEven script do not collect your personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies.
The BreakEven script
BreakEven runs inside DaVinci Resolve on your own computer. Your fees, rates, session history and notes are saved in a local folder on your machine. The script does not connect to the internet and sends nothing to us or anyone else. We cannot see your data.
This website
The website is a static page. It has no forms, sets no cookies and loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Its fonts are hosted on the same site. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may record technical information such as your IP address in its server logs when you visit. See GitHub’s privacy statement for how it handles that. We do not receive or use those logs.
Buying BreakEven
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record. When you buy, Lemon Squeezy collects the details it needs to take payment, calculate tax and email your receipt and download link. We do not receive or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy policy explains how it uses that data. We may see your name, email address and country on the order so we can help you if something goes wrong.
Contacting support
If you email us, we use your email address and what you write only to answer you, and we keep the conversation as long as needed to help you and meet our legal obligations.
Your rights and contact
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. Contact us at breakeven.support@gmail.com and we will respond. For data held by Lemon Squeezy, contact them directly.
Operated by Dvir, Israel.
Children
BreakEven is a professional tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
