Who these terms are between
These terms apply to your purchase and use of BreakEven, sold by Dvir, Israel (“we”, “us”). Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy as the seller of record, and its terms also apply to the checkout. By buying or using BreakEven you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
BreakEven is a script for DaVinci Resolve that tracks time against a flat project fee and a target hourly rate. You pay once. There is no subscription. We do not promise future updates, but we may release them.
Your license
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use BreakEven on your own computers for your own work, including paid client work. One purchase covers one person.
You may not:
- share, resell, sublicense, upload or otherwise redistribute the script or the installers, in whole or in part;
- publish the script or make it available for download by others;
- present the script as your own work.
You may modify the script for your own personal use. We keep all rights in BreakEven that are not expressly granted here.
Not financial, tax or legal advice
BreakEven shows estimates based on the numbers you type in and the time it tracks. Effective rates, break-even times and overrun figures are for your information only. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice, and you are responsible for the decisions you make and the invoices you send.
Provided as is
BreakEven is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, that tracked time will be perfectly accurate, or that it will work with every version of DaVinci Resolve or every computer setup. Keep your own records of hours worked and back up anything important.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or lost work arising from your use of BreakEven, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited by law where you live, including your statutory consumer rights.

Trademarks
BreakEven is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blackmagic Design. DaVinci Resolve is a trademark of Blackmagic Design Pty Ltd. We use the name only to say what BreakEven works with.
Children
BreakEven is a professional tool. Do not buy it if you are under 18 unless a parent or guardian agrees.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and the version on this page when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
